  3. Near as I can tell those are both '56 models.

    I can barely remember three tone paint jobs, but I do remember them. It's pretty amazing the troubles the car makers used to go to to make custom factory cars back in the day.

  6. They make a better product now but in those days the only "madness" was at yourself for buying a cheap piece of junk. The cars were fair, but the pickup were major junk. Same as International Harvester pickups. Strong and sturdy but almost impossible to rely on. My dad owned a IH dealership back in the day. Tractors and trucks, and after a couple of tries we were back to driving Chevrolet for our own personal. LOL. Dedge.
