And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The barber I went to as a kid was a 250#, all muscle former Marine whose motto was "Nobody gets outta my chair w/o a haircut"! I heard him repeat this line on a few occasions to mothers (and fathers) when their little one would cry while getting sheared. I hopped up in the chair once and told him I just wanted a trim and he gruffly replied "I know how your father wants your hair cut!"
