The model hilariously doesn't go with the truck.

  1. We had two. Some things about them were incredibly tough and some things (brakes, exhaust system, window roll mechanism, etc), were impossible to keep in repair and working. Over all Junk.

  5. Drove several of the pick ups, all had terrible steering, wandering all over the road. But the Loadstars and Transtars I drove were great.

  10. I had two back in the early '70s. Good, strong, mechanically but never had anything rust out so fast.---ken

  11. My uncle had one of those tanks. He couldn't drive worth a damn, but he was as safe in that thing as he could be and survived numerous accidents. Mostly accidents that he caused.
