And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

Actress Lana Turner, actor Pat O'Brien, actress Rita Hayworth salute the U.S. Military in a radio tribute on September 22, 1941.
The Postman Always Rings Twice and Gilda. Yowza! While it's only a few seconds in duration, I consider Rita's hair flip in Gilda as perhaps the best scene in cinematic history.
Just slightly before my time but while I recognized all three names, only Rita Hayworth's face. I'm thinking Lana Turner just may be smiling more than I ever saw her before.
