  2. Suess (the umlaut can be replaced with an 'e') means 'sweet'.My kraut wife enjoys this mustard. I like the original Loewensenf found in Germany. She and I both agree that US Loewensenf is not as spicy as the original.
    Sweet mustard is used with the Bavarian weisswurst

  6. I like Nance's Mustard, they have a couple different styles/flavors. Available on Amazon, but I buy it at my local grocery
