And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

James Garner looks young here. Dude lived to be 86.
Especially when it's USAF providing the CAS: Garner enlisted in the California Army National Guard, serving his first 7 months in California. Then, during the Korean War, he went to Korea for 14 months as a rifleman in the 5th Regimental Combat Team, then part of the 24th Infantry Division. He was wounded twice: first in the face and hand by shrapnel from a mortar round, and second in the buttocks from friendly fire from U.S. fighter jets as he dove into a foxhole. ~ Wikipedia
Look for James' autobiography at the library...very good. Steve and James were next door neighbors but James didnt care for him because Steve was conservative. (!!!)
He existed a lot longer than Steve McQueen.
