  4. Looks well thought out, drainage looks good. "Could" be on a well. Septic would be as many yards away as necessary. Not very defensible.

  7. Haven’t done Joshua exact, but logged countless hours (no exaggeration) in the Mojave. Only time I ever “heard” soundlessness. Wild experience unmatched anyplace else. Even sailing had a lapping of water and other places the whoosh of vegetation in the wind. Only way to describe it was a pressure sensation in the ears, but even that doesn’t do justice. Even thought I was being silly till my hiking partner made a similar comment
