  4. There’s a German restaurant nearby that does bratwurst, knockwurst, currywurst, kasewurst, you name it. Heaven.

    1. There was a small meat market near me that made their own sausage, I've never had sausage that good. Owner got in a nasty divorce with the wife and that was the end of it :/

    3. The best Black Puddings (aka blutwurst) are made in the Midlands and Northern England. Go to the butchers shop on tright of the Mansfield Road leading north out of Nottingham, just before you get to Bestwood. He's won the Blood Sausage medal three times in Normandy.
