  1. Evil carbon burning device, why doesn't the camper want to bring green batteries into the wilderness to cook they/them veggies?

  2. I've had a cheap one burner that screws on the top of a propane tank. Had it for 30 years or more and use it for heat and cooking when the power goes out. Good investment.

  3. I have this stove, and it is a good one.

  4. Bought that exact same unit on 27 Nov 2019, for $28.07 at that time, and have used it several times for heating coffee water in the morning when the power was out. Bought a dozen of the butane cannisters too. Doesn't show in the pix, but it comes in a black plastic hardshell case, and we store it in the small larder in the kitchen. It's easy to use, quiet, and well worth the coin. The burner is large enough to support full size cookware. FWIW, the butane cans are easier to use than the green propane cans. The butane pops right into the stove but the propane requires you to connect the included, very stiff and short, hose. The one pik shows a solid pipe connecting to the propane but that is not correct.

    1. I'm ordering another one right now and having it sent to our son in FL.

  5. I don't consider propane/butane as "dual fuel". Those compressed gaseous hydrocarbons are for all practical purposes identical.

  6. So easy to store as it comes in a case. It's all I use for camping. No more spild, stinky coleman fuel.
