And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
There's a video of a black cop, at night, shining his flashlight on a wooden fence when an inhuman scream happens. He hoofs it back to the car post haste. I'd like to know what happened next.
I remember that style of comic book very well. CarToons (if you like weird characters or things like a 4 WD Porsche), Eerie Stories. Sgt. Rock was among my favorites.

ReplyDeleteThe scream was in his head as he realized what he had done. He panicked and belly shot the woman who had called 911.
