And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I was in Alaska in the fall of 2014 and we drove over to the Tunnel to Whittier and stopped at a signed view spot for the Salmon run. We came across a mostly eaten Salmon on the sidewalk and I was got very nervous. The kill wasn't very old at all.
That's a big fish. A coupla more will make a fine meal for mamma and kids.
