And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

I stove up, and just stood there. He was very apologetic. Said it was difficult to make the transition in less than a week. I told him no worries, I understood customs are different in our cultures, and next time he wants to mug, shave first.
Touching with the lips is not "kissing". The English language used to have several words for nuances, clear different meanings, ... different approach...., but was simplified (any idiot to be able to have sort of communication) and you're confused. Love is one of the word; used now by abuse for sexual activity, this action actually involving less and less love...
