  2. It's an octopus... the shell is called a "paper nautilus" - the female octopus forms the shell to hold its eggs. Pretty common in parts of the pacific

  3. Called an "Argonaut" these unusual creatures have some octopus features, make their own shells, have some sort of venom, and some webbing between arms to catch more food.

    Can change their color, jettison ink, do a chaff-like silver flash defensive maneuver, and control their buoyancy.
