Bullitt was a great movie. California is my home state. I was born in the late 50s as was my wife. I am from LA metro and she is from the Bay Area. You see in Bullitt that California as a different way it was. Reagan was governor and the state did not start its slide down until Jerry Brown came in. Me, my wife, and family left to the east in 96 due to business but many of our family still is in the state but many has left.
