Backed into it, that's how.

One of two ways: Either the pickup was parked behind the combine and the operator couldn't see it [unless the combine has a rear view camera you can't see behind the cab] or someone stopped behind the combine as it was backing up. I've backed into things I couldn't see and I've had tractors stop behind the combine. Either way, no good comes of it.

  2. There are rear view mirrors on the cab but could still have blind spots. I hated it when driving truck and you'd wonder what happened to the car behind you that got in your blind spot.
