Looks to me like the spook is in the row between lbj and jfk. Notice that the seats on either side of lbj are vacant...nobody wants to sit next to him. That Bernie Sanders lookalike would be Everett Dirksen. The Hoffa lookalike is Leonid Brezhnev.
