So classic. I wonder how much something like this in good condition would be worth?

  2. A close look at the reflection on the screen of that thing shows TWO MORE of them on either side of the guy that took the picture. Talk about a serious collector!

    1. Oh, I don't know. That thing is from TV's infancy. It might even pre-date Hopalong Cassidy and The Roy Rogers Show.

      Whoa, Nellybelle!

    2. Much will depend on the picture tube. TV's of that vintage often have decaying picture tubes and very light pictures.

  4. that would have a resolution of about 240, with 16 gray scales. you could maybe play Pong on it. It might work with a VIC-20, but not a Commodore 64

    1. Should be NTSC standard, so it is no worse than any other tv of that size. You can't compare NTSC tv to today's modern hi-res monitors. It'd have a pretty decent resolution though. Good enough for video, much better than Pong. It'd work for many pre-2000 video games and would easily work with a C-64. Not sure you really know what you are talking about. I'd bet you are not that old.

  5. If it doesn't connect to the internet to stream Netflix crap it's probably worth what a used circa 1890 doorstop brings on eBay.
