  3. Prepare Goya black beans with green peppers and onions, serve with white rice, and pour a bit of Tabasco over both.

    1. Now, toss in a few flour tortillas and that's a real go-to meal. As for sauces, Texas Pete is a faithful standby. Now settled on Cholula Sweet Habanero for daily use. Years past, I favored McIl's Green Pepper Sauce. Their Garlic Pepper variety might be inursting.

  4. Awww, that's nasty. Won't find any in my place. Too many good hot sauces out there to settle for that.

  5. Tobasco 5 oz bottles are on sale at Publix for $1.50 this week.

I use the Habanero sauce mixed with a half stick of butter for my extreme hot wings. I don't care for the Garlic sauce. The green pepper is good on eggs but the original Tobasco is pass for me. I prefer Crystal and Texas Pete Green Pepper Hot Sauce as my two goto hot sauces.

  6. Funny thing...we used to use Tabasco around our house, but for years now it's been Sriracha, followed by Tapatio.

  7. Never much cared for Tobasco. I'd use if there wasn't anything else around, but it didn't zing me until they came out with Tobasco Chipotle. Mmmm-mmmm. Love it, and it's not pictured in the above variety pack. My main go-to though is Salsa Brava by La Victoria. Not overly hot, just enough spark to compliment whatever I use it on.
