And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Only just last night, I watched her in the 1947 movie, "MIRACLE ON 34TH STREET", one of my favorites, because I'm actually the REAL Kris Kringle who lives in the Ol' Folk's Home!
Maureen Ohara is one of those ladies who, while gorgeous in photos, had a presence about her in films that brought her to a new, higher level. She's almost as pretty as my own wife.
Probably taken right after she discovered Sean Thornton's shillelagh wasn't nearly as big as he claimed.
