    1. The sauces are meant to camouflage a poor cut of animal.
      The handle just gets in the way.
      I like my protein fairly plain and cooked properly.

  2. I know Tomahawk steaks have a strong caveman attraction to them, just wondering what happens to the rest of the cut. This is essentially a frenched bone-in / bone-on Ribeye, correct? I guess the rest of the rib trimmings would just be stew meat.
