Aston Martin DB2 Bertone Spyder. 1954 or thereabouts. Beautiful.
Double yellow lines at kerb in England mean: Absolutely NO PARKING ever. Plus the vehicle is facing against traffic. Where's a traffic warden when you need one?
Guy in the back in white shirt and tie is calling the law in right now.
Parking against traffic is allowed in the UK and most EU countries, but are you sure it is wrong way? They do drive on the left there yannow. Double yellow is ignored most of the time, besides, the plod is too busy arresting grannies not wearing masks or protecting politicians.
Round off the fenders and make the grill oval and you have a 1965 Cobra
I left my Corvette convertible once, ONCE, with the top down while I went into a store for a bottle of water. I came out and someone threw an entire 32 oz coke all over the inside. Had I caught them, one of us was going to the hospital.
The world is full of spiteful little idiots. I parked my 73 Challenger (Top Banana Yellow and laser stripes...rebuilt 340 pumping out about 400 HP of global warming fumes} in front of some teens on skate boards. I came out to find one had bashed a small dent in the fender with his board. I hope he's in SuperMax today.
No one objects to a nice pickup truck.
Ever see that episode of BBC's Top Gear where they put a 1964 DB5 and a 62 Jaguar E type up against a new Honda Accord on the test track?
Heh - the write up on that episode also has this gem: "Challenge: Snipers of the Irish Guards try to shoot Clarkson, as he drives the new Mercedes-Benz SLK55 AMG and Porsche Boxster S around a deserted village"
Beautiful lines !
