  3. Thing to remember, that airship is wind-milling around the tower like a weathervane, so the walkway can move left or right as the passenger steps up to it and he's 3-4 stories up. The airship cannot defy the wind, which is why there is only one mooring point.

    Can you imagine doing this as a commercial service today? Lawyers and litigation have made pansies of us all.
