And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
20-some years ago, a then brother-in-law gave me a six-piece set of Marples boxed like that. Don't use them very often, but when I do, it's a pleasure.
Used to keep two hand saws (yeah, I'm old) in the tool box. Friend asked me why I had two saws, with a straight face "One's American, the others Metric".
Two biggest are little odd in size, usually its 3/4 and 1", but looks very nice

I have a full set of the old Stanley 60 series chisel. Good stuff.
