And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Perhaps a test procedure failure? They were filling the lower O2 tank when they found a valve issue. So they stopped and started filling the Methane thank on top. With the O2 tank empty it may not have had the structural integrity to support the weight of the filling Methane tank and the structure collapsed in the area the empty O2 tank was located. Just a guess.
