And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Just recently ran into your blog, and am enjoying the Detroit Metal pics. Grew up on my Dad's used car lot in the 60s and early 70s. All of these great rides passed through our hands - and I drove a different one every week. Life was good.
In Peru, #2 would qualify as an introductory driving test for aspiring cross country bus drivers. Even seasoned drivers regularly dive off into one valley or the other.
