And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
It should be okay. Once in motion, any air being drawn into the carbs will have to turn 180 degrees. Air is very light and changes direction easily while the dust floating in with its greater inertia doesn't change direction as quickly. Many aircraft engine intakes, particularly helicopters, are designed with inertial separation in mind. Even my Kubota has swirlers in the air filter housing to separate the dust.
