Feast of the Sea

  1. I have tried Paella in all its various disguises and all I aver got was mix of starch, vegetables and seafood all either under or over cooked.

    Cook it all separately, mix it when it's properly cooked.

    But that would require calculation, timing, effort, care and a large number of cooking vessels so it mostly does not happen.

    Same for omelettes.
