  2. the problem with muscle cars in snow: those wide tires act like sideways skates. the motor makes too much torque. they get sideways fast.

    1. Good thing all the other sedans, pickups and SUVs of the time had FWD, AWD or 4WD so they could get around in winter, right?

      Set of lugs or studs and some sand bags make a big difference.

      Not many people had four wheel drive until the 80s, don't try kidding yourself on that.

  4. What is going on with those red sections underneath? Maybe traction bars, . . . but somehow tied together?

    1. Looks to me like the leaf springs and the gas tank are painted red . No traction bars that i can see.

  6. Can anyone just enjoy the awesomeness of this image? At 60, I do. I would pay a lot of $ for that set up. 68 Mustang FB, WL tires, antenna, suspension highlights, alloys, and the Yosemite Sam Back Off flaps!!!!!!???? Christmas Tree with bow on top. OFS.
