And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I had a Epi semi-hollowbody and loved it. Couldn't afford a Gibson. Next best thing as I'm a noodler not a pro in a band. Hard to tell an Epi from a Gibson IMHO as it seems the only difference was the pickups. (Don't get mad you Gibson owners, it's only my opinion.)
Epiphone has upped their game the last couple years. My Gibson GT was my go to for years. I bought a '23 Ice tea burst Epiphone and 2 months later, I sold my Gibson. The Epi is a better guitar. Period. "Cheap" guitars really aren't anymore and they have no idea what name is on the headstock.
