And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
She said in an interview that she had never acted before, she had only done modeling. As a result the director was constantly screaming at her, which in turn led to her character having the bitchy edge. She’s still a knockout!
Not familiar w/ this show, looks like late 70s-early 80s. Only watched network TV on Friday nights. Duke Boys, Rockford & Dallas. Had to watch Rockford on a 15" B&W, as Dallas was on the 25" RCA.
Blew my mind when I found out that she was actually a brunette and dyed her hair blonde for the series. Nothing wrong with that, mind you, altho' I prefer her as a blonde.
I loved Col. Wilma Deering. Erin played her far better than that series probably deserved.

ReplyDeleteGreat times as a kid watching them, old enough to know she was special.
ReplyDeleteThe eyes haven't lost a bit of their sparkle.
