  1. As unlikely as it is, we're still getting awesome tomatoes here in Tennessee. BUT the cold is near, we won't have them long.

  2. My mouth is watering just thinking about slicing them up, putting a slice of buffalo mozzarella cheese and a large fresh basil leaf on top. Splashing on some aged balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil. Caprise Salad!!!

  3. Yum, so many things to make with that harvest, but the BLT and John's suggestion of Caprise sound mm mm good
