Good and Salty

  1. I have some 500 days aged Japanese soy sauce & it's good but I still think I like the Bluegrass Soy Sauce (Amazon has it) better.

  2. Having lived in Japan in a previous life, I can attest that Japanese Shoyu is not Chinese soy sauce.

    1. Shoyu is far more mild, far less salty with a far more sophisticated flavor than the Chinese alternative.
