Might be more useful than you think. Or you could cut your leg off.

  1. I'll take a pole saw over that, even as compact as that is. Our thorny brush demands staying as far away from falling foilage and that one puts you in manual saw range. Not for me many years of scratches and cuts prior to pole saw.

  2. They have a Ryobi 18v (the other batt tools that I have)... Things do go wrong fast with a chainsaw!

  3. As I see it, the advantage of regular chainsaws is that juggling 3 or 4 of them(powered up, natch) is a lot easier and safer for the performer. These items, while nice, would be difficult to toss into the air and catch. /s

  4. I bought a Chinesium copy with spare battery and love it for small jobs. A lot less fuss than digging out a hand or jigsaw.

  5. Put a working bayonet lug mount on it, and I'll get one.
You put that on an AR-15 platform, and ChuckU Schumer's head would explode.
That right there would pay for it.

  6. I got the DeWalt version recently. I still have 7 chain saws, from 42" bar down to 14". The DeWalt does stuff I used to use a hand saw for. I bought a stump farm in middle Tennessee, the DeWalt is great for removing little trees from 1/2 to 3 inches without wearing my ancient ass out.
