  3. That's either Texas or New York. The shape of the turrets and the top of the bridge/location of the range clock match for that class.

    Texas is coming out of a refurb in Galveston. I need to visit her once she's in her new home.

  6. Since I am not a US Navy veteran nor a navy aficionado, I thought that all of our old battleships had three-gun turrets.

  7. See the change of color on the muzzle? When the rifling is worn out, rather than make a whole new barrel, they punch out the center and slip in a long sleeve. You warm the tube and ice the sleeve, slip fit.
