Toss the bun and eat the rest

  1. I'd remove half the meat for a second sandwich, add good slaw and some sauce and eat like a king.

    1. Never heard of slaw on pulled pork sandwiches in So. Cal. Discovered it in Tennessee. Turns out that's the right way to do it.

  2. I like it pulled a little more but that's a good start. And don't forget the mustard based sauce, the only proper BBQ sauce for pork.

  3. Prefer my BBQ minced rather than sliced. And YUP, Q isn't complete without slaw. And don't forget a side of beans and a bottomless glass of iced tea. Sandwich roll is nice but I can take it or leave it....
