And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

I got a project coming up that may call for one of these
At least with the corded models, you can catch them if the trigger is locked on, and it runs to the end of the cord. I can see me having to get in my truck, to run this down in a similar situation…
Battery belt sander, anyone use one? Does it actually do the job as well as a wired sander?

DeleteNot enough power for a bigger job. Have to be careful with belt sanders, very high 'Whoops' factor..

Actual runtime is pretty low if yer actually sanding something.

I've ruined some very nice pieces of wood with my belt sander.
