And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I have been using it for 50 years. Not the most powerful but very good day-to-day mustard. The bottles are great for storage as well, I have a screw cabinet with labelled Pommery bottles than will never wear or break (absent dropping one).
Lovely. No doubt made by one of my very distant cousins that remained in Normandy after my line crossed to England in 1066 with William (to conquer the place).
Take whatever kind of mustard tastes good to you and then mix in Keen's Dry Mustard until it makes your eyes water. It takes a couple of days for the full flavor so it's best to err on the side of caution. If it's still not enough after a day or two then step on it again.
You can buy a mortar and pestle and make your own. There are plenty of recipes for home made mustard online. You can use cheap white wine instead of vinegar and add cayenne for some heat. Al_in_Ottawa
We always have this on our pantry shelves. When the last jar is opened a replacement order for several more is placed. First bought some while living in Europe. Recommended!
