  1. Amen, and Amen!

This is the day that the Lord has made. Let us rejoice and be glad in it.

  3. All you get these days is moral relativism and secular humanism.

  4. I was going to say, "Amen," only to find that everyone else has. But anyway, Amen!

  5. You took my breath away with this one CW....and misted up a bit too.
    Truly, TRULY beautiful.

...and don't forget to thank Him in and for the rough times too (especially upcoming)....Job 1:21

    Dominus tecum. :)

  9. For as long as we may enjoy it.
If you want a reminder of what is at stake; these are great images, especially the last.
Enjoy each day - and harden yourself for what's to come...

  10. Amen
    Rejoice evermore.
    Pray without ceasing.
In everything, give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.

    Thanks, CW!

    1. No one is shelling your town, or rounding you up to move you out. You can go to the store and find a multitude of food for sale, and the same with almost anything you can imagine. Health care is probably as good as it has ever been in history. Literally no one in North America starves to death due to lack of food.
Are there problems? Sure there are, and there always will be. But all in all, at least here, things have never been better.
And, God's grace has and always will be free for those who sincerely request it.

  12. Anonymous #2 is correct, we are living in the golden age here in the US right now! I do suspect we are on the trailing edge of the golden age. Compare today with life 100 years ago or 200 or 300...

    1. Every generation is golden. We can say we have it better, but who determines that? Just because life is easier - doesn't mean it's better.

    2. Hello Anonymous! (whoever you are). I didn't use the word "better".
I will admit that "golden age" might mean better but I think there is more to it.
As to "who determines it"? Me. I can say that....

  13. Church buildings today are boring. They have no design, the churches of old are still standing & they have to be preserved and not sold to Islam to make mosques.
