  3. I think it was not real. IIRC, the clip appeared shortly before the new Planet of the Apes movie. Viral advertising. Though I could be wrong. It's certainly funny though, and sadly plausible.

  9. Yeah. It's real. Can't tell you how many stories I've heard of chimps and monkeys stealing firearms from soldiers, and occasionally firing them. Africans are generally too stupid to know what safeties are for.

  11. That clip is staged but I have known U.S. Marines who swore they witnesses rock monkeys with M26s and AKs they picked up from dead soldiers in Vietnam. They observed that it was not comical - at all.
