  3. Only if it's a full tang handle.
    Handle design suggests there's some durability f*ckery going on.
    Which is stupid, because it's no harder to do that right, than to do it wrong, other than deliberate obsolesence.

    1. Agreed. If our assumptions are right that thing is light duty at best. Plus, that end edge needs to be sharpened.

    2. They do all they can to stay away from the non-full tang issue. That thing is a flat out hazzard. Only a matter of time before some biff beafcake like they use in the photo stock gives it a swing and send it flying.
      Boycott China.

  4. Called a corn knife where I grew up. Old timers used them to chop silage from corn stalks, cut sorghum stalks when running sugar, etc.
