And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
It's for tamper proof commercial spigots at places like office buildings, gas stations, convenience stores, etc. Very valuable tool to have if you need water, I keep one in both my trucks.
I wouldn't be able to find it when I needed it either, like the rest of my tools.

I finally got one for my Winnebago. The one time I needed it the welcome center had shut off the before the spigot. Swell welcoming center.Jerks.
