  3. Nice shot of the hypergolic rocket Orbital Manuvering System nozzles. Dinitrogen tetroxide plus Monomethylhydrazine equals thrust right friggin now. Just don't get any on you. Or breathe any of it. That would be bad. Those sniffers you would see going out to the shuttle after landing were checking for any lingering traces.

  5. In reality the flight computer does all the "flying". Humans simply can't do the necessary math and respond fast enough to succeed at reentry.
