And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

The Mig-15 used an unlicensed copy of the Frank Whittle Rolls Royce engine. And I think it’s cool they didn’t bother to decouple the engine from the forward fuselage. Maybe they reassembled the airframe for use after the thaw?
Everything needed to run the engine is on board. Makes sense. 'Course, here in the States, someone would need to get paid to design and fabricate a special rig to do the same job. Sometimes simple is better.
