And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
That bottle would make a nice old fashioned pocket flask, nice rounded shapes. A paracord wrap around the middle, maybe adding a belt loop if you like.
You should be able to get a quart of maple syrup for about $18-20 delivered. That, to me, is not expensive. I eat it on vanilla ice cream, and go through quite a bit of it.

ReplyDeleteI've had it, nice for variety. Don't do pancakes-waffles too often, maybe twice a year. Prefer real maple (expensive) when I do.

DeleteBadgers prefer Boysenberry syrup. Blueberry does sound tasty, though.
