And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I've (google) explored the Faroe's since someone (You, maybe) posted the picture of the falls on one of the islands.
Beautiful countryside. Did you know the islands are all(well, most) joined by hard rock auto tunnels?
What I wonder about, is what economic activity goes on there that can support a town/infrastructure that size? Surely, sheep and tourism can't account for it, plus all the small villages scattered over the islands?
