  1. Back in the day when I wore suits on a daily basis, all my shirts were french cuff style, and white, with medium starch. I have them still, and a nice collection of cuff links to go with them. Styling indeed!

  3. Just look at their faces and attitude. THOSE are proud Americans boys and girls - not the wimpy ass punks you see today. In WW ll the French underground tried using American as spies against the Nazis and finally gave up because they said the Americans would not look down when a German approached them - they would look them straight in the eye. You could tell an American from a German or a Frenchman by their very demeanor. Think about that......

  5. Yeah cool times, but today I can enjoy a tavern without coming home smelling like a forest fire. I guess oyu can't have it both ways.
