And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Have one. It's excess to my needs, and the compressor turning on regularly is annoying. I recently purchased a Ryobi 18ga battery-operated nail gun, and it's working much better for me. Can't blow sawdust off anything, nor fire staples, but it takes up much less space and shoots the nails I need shot.
Had one of those noisy little things for years. First, the drain valve died, so I replaced it with an aftermarket ball valve. Then one day I noticed that it had been running for an awfully long time without stopping...checked and found the blow off valve had died and the PSI meter was pegged. Unplugged it and got out of there! Several hours later I bled it off, replaced the blow off valve, gave it away and bought a 2 gal. Harbor Freight quiet compressor. It's new owner knows of its history...
As long as you understand it's limitations. If you just want to shoot small nails Ryobi 18v cordless is the most bang for the buck. I have 2 and they are my go-to's though I have other options.

Have one, use it often, no problems. Added a valve to one of the QDs so as to be able to change out hose fittings without draining the tank pressure.
