  2. I like the Gold mo better. BBQ sauce should be mustard based not tomato based. I do like stirring up trouble.

  3. There's vinegar based and then there's tomato based, but the absolute best is a mix of the two.

  4. Makes me want to drive down to Parker's Bar-B-Q on 301 in Wilson, N.C. Best fried chicken, pulled pork and Brunswick stew around. I could make it for supper if I left now.

  5. I got to sample the Carolina sauce when they won in Memphis in 2016 when my daughter lived there. I altered a vacation to go to the Destin FL restaurant last year. They are based out of Chicago but they have nailed western Carolina BBQ sauce. Buy the $7 Carolina sauce from their web page and a $50 order ships free. They have 9 different sauces and I have had 4 and they were all good.
