What a Tiger's skin looks like after being shaved. (for medical treatment).

  1. I always wondered why a tiger couldn't change his stripes? Smarter every day!

  2. Not the skin itself. I would say we cannot tell from the picture wether or not the skin is striped.

  3. I had a calico cat, that loved hunting in the shrubbery. She would get so matted with sap, that she would walk up to me, and flip over on her back. That was her way if saying, " Attend me human, and remove this troublesome fur!". Sometimes, Thomasina would be so matted, all I could do was shave her. Her skin matched her fur, much to my surprise.

  4. My St. Bernards skin is the same as the tigers. The skin color pattern is the same as the fir colors when shaved. This also applies to many other breeds.
