  5. We'd count 30 bears a day in Yellowstone back in those days. Uncles, now gone, who lived outside the park said some 300 were put down to stop this kind of behavior. Now I count myself lucky if I see one bear in three trips. (Two this year)

  7. Am am guessing the driver is the dumb ass taking the picture. I guess it was worth the extreme scratches to that beautiful car and it possibly mauling his significant other. His grand kids are the same ones that get too close and a bear is shot because of it. People are self gratifying dumb asses.

  8. Back in '63 people would stop, the bears would come over begging and the people would feed them. It was like that all over the park.
